All our products undergo thorough quality checks and are carefully packaged to arrive to you in perfect condition.

Shipping

All our gift sets are handmade, so we dedicate maximum attention and time to every order.

If the set you've chosen is in stock and doesn't require personal engraving, we will ship it within 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed.

If your order includes custom engraving or the chosen set is out of stock, the production and preparation time is 10–12 business days. This period includes handcrafting the item, performing the personal engraving, and a thorough quality check before shipping.

Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive tracking information.

Please note: shipping time from the carrier is added on top of the production time, and it depends on the destination country and the shipping service selected.

Returns

If you discover damage or a manufacturing defect upon receiving your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We carefully review every situation and will always offer the best possible solution.

In accordance with European Union law, customers have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving it.

Please note that custom-made items (for example, those with personal engraving) are not eligible for return if they were made according to the customer's specifications and have no manufacturing defects.

How to request a return

If you'd like to request a return, please contact us by email or your preferred messaging app, providing:

• your order number;
• the reason for your request;
• photos of the item, if applicable.

We will review your request as quickly as possible, provide further instructions, and, if needed, give you the return address.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, the cost of return shipping is covered by the buyer.
